Yesterday was my first time actually going alone to purchase a vehicle and I admit, I was scared out of my mind, but Tony was very nice and explained things to me and was just over all great. You all met and exceeded my expectations. I completely forgot to ask though (after awhile, my 7 mo old was getting restless and threatening to have a crying fit so I was a bit distracted) about window tinting. How much does your dealership charge for that and is it too late to fit it into the payments? Please let me know.
Thank you so much,

Dear Mr. Beasley,
We had the pleasure of coming to your Burnet Road Dealership to buy a car. Little did we know what a different world we were walking into when it comes to an automobile dealership.
We were overwhelmed by the courtesy and professional ability of your staff. Too often, courtesy and social skills have become a thing of the past. It was refreshing to find it still exists in your business.
There are so many cars and models on the market these days, the automobile business has become very competitive. I am afraid many will go under because their staff lacks the
training and knowledge your staff has obviously been given.
You have some very high caliber people working for you. They are the kind of people we feel we can trust and you can too.
We bought a 2013 Mazda 6 and are very pleased with the quality and price of this automobile.
Our special thanks to Tony Banta, Terry Drake and Justin Shaw for making our day at
Mr. and Mrs. Herman Morris Miller, Jr.

I want to thank you for the excellent customer service that you provided me throughout my car buying experience. I especially appreciate you answering all my many, many, many questions. This was something I had been dreading to do, buy a new car that is, but you made the entire experience not only painless, but enjoyable. The staff at Mazda hasn't changed from almost 20 years ago when I bought my first brand new car at Roger Beasley Mazda. Your patience and expertise throughout my car buying experience has made me a happy new car owner. I love my new car, even though tonight was my first time to drive it all by myself. I just wanted you to know that you are very good at your job, and I will be sure to recommend you to anyone that is looking for a car and a great experience.

I wanted to let you know that Craig,Justin, Evan and the man that drove my new car out of the salesroom were all "10's". Craig is probably an 11. I am very happy with my decision to come to your Central store. This is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Thanks again, Judith P

Thank you for asking about my experience in purchasing a car from your dealership. This is the fourth vehicle that I've purchased from Roger Beasley Mazda. I bought two pickups from the South dealership and I've bought two Mazda3 s from the North dealership. I would rate my overall experience in each of the purchases as being a ten.
I have had four different sales people assist me in making purchases and I want to let you know that Alicia Williamson was the best one yet. From the moment that we met I could tell that she was listening carefully to what I was saying and wanted to help me meet my needs. She clearly was not working from some script or agenda, she talked "with" me not "to" me about buying a car and she helped me to clarify my needs versus things that I did or did not want in a car.
My wife's car is now three years old and we will be replacing it in two years. I'll tell you right now that when we start car shopping I'm going to call Alicia first. Right now, I assume that I'll end up buying another car through her. Just FYI, I've also had nothing but pleasant experiences with the service departments at both dealerships. Please keep up the good work, your dealerships retain Austin's small town feel in spite of the growth we've experienced.
